Acceptance

By creating an account and using AI-CV, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What AI-CV does

AI-CV is a career tool that helps you build a career profile, tailor CVs and cover letters to specific job descriptions using AI, and track job applications. The AI-generated content is provided as a starting point — you are responsible for reviewing and editing all output before submitting it to employers.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 16 years old to use AI-CV. You may not create accounts on behalf of others without their explicit consent.

Acceptable use

You may not use AI-CV to:

• •Generate fraudulent or misleading employment information
• •Impersonate other individuals in job applications
• •Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service
• •Resell or sublicense access to AI-CV

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time from the Settings page; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are issued at our discretion for billing errors. Revolut processes all payments and we do not store full payment card details.

AI-generated content

Content generated by AI is produced using large language models. It may contain errors, inaccuracies, or language that requires editing. AI-CV does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of AI-generated content for any particular employer or role. You are solely responsible for all content submitted in job applications.

Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the content you provide (profile data, uploaded documents). You grant AI-CV a limited licence to process and store that content to deliver the service. AI-CV retains ownership of the platform, software, and prompts.

Limitation of liability

AI-CV is provided "as is". We are not liable for missed job opportunities, rejected applications, or any other indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 30 days prior to any claim.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time from the Settings page, which permanently removes your data.

Changes to these terms

We will notify you by email if we make material changes to these terms. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
